Description of problem:

If I do, the following I get a menu

$ LANG=C gpg --gen-key


Please select what kind of key you want:
   (1) RSA and RSA (default)
   (2) DSA and Elgamal
   (3) DSA (sign only)
   (4) RSA (sign only)

But if I do the same in my locale I get

$ gpg --gen-key

Seleccione el tipo de clave deseado:
   (1) DSA y ElGamal (por defecto)
   (2) DSA y ElGamal (por defecto)
   (3) DSA (sólo firmar)
   (4) RSA (sólo firmar)
¿Su elección?

Options (1) and (2) are mixed. In Spanish (1) is "RSA y RSA (por defecto)" and (2) "DSA y ElGamal"
