Description of problem:
The default value for ceph_osd_mount_options_xfs parameter in OFI is incorrect. Using this value causing the OSD creation to fail, specially the mounting of the new OSD file system fails because the mount parameters have incorrect syntax.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy OSP nodes
2. Deploy Ceph using configuration produced by OFI
3. Note failure is deploying OSD

the value of cep_osd_mount_options_xfs should be "inode64,noatime,logbsize=256k", no "-o" prefix.

I set the priority to high because there is a workaround, having the user override the parameter with the correct value.
