What size is the virtual display being used? Can you attach the logs from /tmp/? Does the screen look normal before you enter custom partitioning?

Comment 4 Jaromír Cápík 2015-04-17 17:33:25 UTC
The kimchi host is down till Monday and I cannot test right now, but if you look at Bug 1212615 and the second attachment, there's a screenshot for the main screen proving it isn't clipped by Kimchi. The picture shows the size of screen is 800x600 px.

Comment 5 Jaromír Cápík 2015-04-17 17:40:00 UTC
Note: It behaves differently in both products. In overall Fedora behaves a bit better.

Comment 6 David Shea 2015-06-04 21:43:55 UTC
The culprit was some device labels with a minimum width set too high. The custom partitioning spoke now fits in 800x600 but will probably have issues any smaller than that.
