dang nabbit browser, I wasn't trying to submit this yet. ok, let's retry ... basically this is what you see in fpaste currently when running in Cinnamon: * Desktop(s) Running (failed: "ps -eo comm= | grep -E '(gnome-session|startkde|startactive|xfce.?-session|fluxbox|blackbox|hackedbox|ratpoison|enlightenment|icewm-session|od-session|wmaker|wmx|openbox-lxde|openbox-gnome-session|openbox-kde-session|mwm|e16|fvwm|xmonad|sugar-session|mate-session)' "): N/A * Desktop(s) Installed (ls -m /usr/share/xsessions/ | sed 's/\.desktop//g' ): cinnamon2d, cinnamon, enlightenment, gnome-classic, gnome, openbox, xfce and it seems to me that's somewhat of a silly way to detect this -- there has to be a better way than hand-editing a line of names and grepping ps output for them, no? :-)
I don't know actually - do you have a new method in mind? At the moment, I'm just going to add cinnamon to the grep list as a short term fix.
