Comment 3 Shikha 2015-04-28 04:41:35 UTC
Hi Andrew/Ramesh,
I have added these 2 missing events "VM Renamed Event" and "VM Retire Request" and their description in Table 3.2 Events and Descriptions, in alphabetical order.

Comment 4 Ramesh A 2015-04-29 09:31:02 UTC
Hi Shikha,

I dont think so we can rename a vm from CFME(may be I am not aware of it). So the description for "VM Renamed Event stating "Check the condition when a virtual machine is renamed from CloudForms Management Engine." might not be appropriate.

Please correct me if I am wrong.

Thanks,
Ramesh

Comment 5 Shikha 2015-05-07 17:47:51 UTC
Hi Ramesh,
I have investigated this issue and found that the VMs cannot be renamed on CFME and can only be renamed on their provider. Hence, I have updated the explanation to say:
"Check the condition when a virtual machine is renamed on its provider."
from
"Check the condition when a virtual machine is renamed from CloudForms Management Engine."
Kindly review and provide feedback.
Regards,
Shikha
