i need postgis-jdbc (java) drivers for some packages
e.g. http://www.querydsl.com (https://github.com/querydsl/querydsl)
please, enable the java moduless

enable java jdbc driver

- use maven build tools instead of ant
- remove gcj bits (no more supported in Fedora)
- minor changed for adapt to current guideline
- use %license macro
