Section 6.1. Capacity and Utilization Charts for Host, Clusters, and Virtual Machines

Steps to Reproduce: To collect C&U data we need to start the collection by the below steps : 
1. Select Region : C&U collection tab 
2. Check "collect for all clusters" and "collect for all datastores" checkbox
