Description Murilo Opsfelder Araujo 2015-04-21 19:56:54 UTC
Description of problem:
Package git-review-1.24-4.el6.noarch has broken deps.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
git-review-1.24-4.el6.noarch

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable epel6 repo
2. sudo yum install git-review
3. git-review --help

Actual results:
An error message is displayed:

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/bin/git-review", line 6, in <module>
    from git_review.cmd import main
  File "/usr/lib/python2.6/site-packages/git_review/cmd.py", line 24, in <module>
    import pkg_resources
ImportError: No module named pkg_resources

Expected results:
It should display the help message.

Additional info:
After installing python-setuptools-0.6.10-3.el6.noarch, git-review command worked just fine.

This might be broken for epel7 as well but I don't have a box to verify.

Comment 1 Pete Zaitcev 2015-04-24 19:47:05 UTC
I have verified that requiring python-setuptools is the correct fix.
