Fail to download object when setting a range that is larger than 512k

How reproducible:

always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an object > 512k
2. Download object with specified Range header, e.g., Range: bytes=1-524290

Actual results:
Fail to download requested range

Expected results:
Download succeeds
