Description of problem:

In order to specify a tcp frontend, the rgw_socket_path configurable needs to be set to an empty string. This shouldn't be required.

How reproducible:
always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Configure rgw fastcgi frontend with tcp.

Actual results:
rgw doesn't listen to the configured tcp socket

Expected results:
rgw listens to the configured tcp socket
