Description of problem:
fedup does not set the keyboard layout for the upgrade.
This means that a user may not be able to enter their passphrase if they have an encrypted disk.

This is almost certainly a duplicate of bug 1207251.

Please update to fedup-0.9.2:

  yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing fedup-0.9.2-1

Then re-run your `fedup` command - it should fix the initrd so you can unlock your disk(s).
