Description of problem:

File is not evecting from the signing process even thogh file is modified

How reproducible:
==================
always


Steps to Reproduce:
=======================
1.Create a large file say 10Gb and using getfattr observe the file version
2.Sleep 120 seconds (while file is being sigining) and do some changes to the file using echo
3.After some time observe file version and signature using getfattr, version in the signature and and file version is not same

Actual results:
====================
Though file is modified while signing it is not getting evicted and signing the file with signature


Expected results:
===================
While signing the file, if it is modified file should be evicted immediatly
