Description of problem:

Currently there is only client side healing and server side heal is not implemented. This is a bug to track the same. 

Due to this most of the operations fail when the bricks go down and come up.

Many merged or abandoned patches in mainline and release-3.7 branches circa April/May 2015, closing as CURRENTRELEASE
