Description Richard Körber 2015-04-25 10:43:45 UTC
Description of problem:
After upgrading to Fedora 22 and migrating my keys to gnupg2, Enigmail is unable to decrypt encrypted mails. It shows "no matching private/secret key found to decrypt message; click on 'Details' button for more information".

The issue is described here: https://www.enigmail.net/support/gnupg2_issues.php

Installing the package "pinentry-gtk" resolved the issue for me.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
thunderbird-enigmail-1.8.2-1.fc22.x86_64

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make sure gpg2 is used in Enigmail
2. Try to open an encrypted mail where a valid private key is available in your keystore

Actual results:
Enigmail says "no matching private/secret key found". It did not ask for a passphrase.

Expected results:
Enigmail asks for a passphrase and then decodes the mail.
