Make sure to set the "use-fallback" property so that the default icon is used instead. https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1215423 Will be fixed in a subsequent version of gnome-bluetooth. You can install the gnome-icon-theme-extras package in the meanwhile.
