Description of problem:
If there is a network issues while rhel-osp-installer is running so that the repo_path can't be reached or resolved, /var/lib/tftpboot/boot/RedHat-7.1-x86_64-vmlinuz and /var/lib/tftpboot/boot/RedHat-7.1-x86_64-initrd.img will end up as empty files.

An error message or a warning would be preferred.

Moving to satellite 6.  This functionality is part of the configuration for foreman-proxy, iiuc and not something that RHEL-OSP Installer provides.

This is an older bug which has been reported upstream. We are not going to track this bug downstream. When the upstream issue is resolved, the next build will contain the fix. Thank you.
