Description Amana 2015-04-28 18:13:36 UTC
Title: JBoss Central

Describe the issue:

"8.1. JBoss Central" section says:

"When JBoss Developer Studio 7.0 is first started,...", but according to step 4 from [1]:

Give the software site a name next to Name field and add the following url in the Location field: https://devstudio.jboss.com/updates/8.0/integration-stack/

So it seems like the real supported version is JBDS 8, not 7. It is confusing some customers and need to be clarified. Is it also supported in 7, if not it needs to be removed.

@gemma - can you please do this one today. I believe it is only supported on 8, but confirm by pinging Cristiano.

Comment 3 gsheldon 2015-05-07 04:46:32 UTC
Changed the topic to say JBDS 8.

Checked with Lyle - 8 is recommended for B*MS 6.1, however 7 may still work with some use cases.

Setting this bug to Modified.

This change is now live on the portal [1].

Moving this to CLOSED --> CURRENTRELEASE.
