Description of problem: oo-admin-yum-validator should have a role for EAP channels, to help customers lock into the available RHN and CDN channels. This should keep the EAP cartridge from getting update with minor version updates, because it will allow customer to lock into a minor version (starting with 6.4). Additional info: Currently I don't see CDN channels of EAP other than the EAP Z stream channel.

Test with openshift-enterprise-yum-validator-2.2.4-1.git.27.74437d9.el6op.noarch.rpm, the debug info is removed, the output is clear and accurate. oo-admin-yum-validator tool works well on ose-2.2.z via RHN/RHSM with node-eap/node-eap-6.3/node-eap-6.4 role on RHEL6.6&6.7
