To be slightly more specific... we should add a new hostRequires XML filter <diskcount/> which matches on the total number of disks in a system.

We already have <disk>...</disk> for matching on the properties of any individual disk in a system, and <diskspace/> for matching on the total *size* of all disks in a system.
