Description of problem:
Brick which is already being used by a volume should not be listed in the Brick Directory. Brick Directory should be only listing the bricks which are not being used by any volume.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a brick using the create brick in UI.
2. Now create a volume using the brick.
3. Once the volume is created, go the add brick dialog.

Actual results:
UI lists the bricks which are used by the volume.

Expected results:
UI should not list the brick which is used by the volume.

Tested with RHEV 3.6.2.6 and RHGS Nightly ( glusterfs-3.7.5-17.el7rhgs )

Add Bricks dialog does not list the bricks which are already used by a volume.
