Description of problem:

Brick provisioning should allow to attach a fast cache layer to the brick for better performance, if SSD is available.

Additional info:
lvmcache feature could be used to achieve this.

Target release should be placed once a package build is known to fix a issue. Since this bug is not modified, the target version has been reset. Please use target milestone to plan a fix for a oVirt release.

currently brick provisioning can be done via gdeploy for HC enviroments. Lowering priority for this and pushing this out to 4.2.0
