Ems refresh will be issued upon receiving the delete event. Please verify the instance is removed from VMDB. You may need to wait for a few minutes.
Verified that AWS_EC2_Instance_DELETE event is processed by CFME. IOW,a provider refresh happens automatically when this event occurs.
