Red Hat Issue Tracker DROOLS-1132 0 Major Closed New Drools Project Wizard should automatically create a default Drools Runtime OOTB 2016-04-27 09:32:43 UTC

Description Robert (Bob) Brodt 2015-04-30 22:03:03 UTC
Currently, when the user creates a new Drools Project using the New Project Wizard, s/he must perform an extra step to create a default Drools Runtime in order to complete the wizard. Since it is not obvious to a new user what a "Drools Runtime" is or why it is necessary, it would greatly improve the new user experience if the New Drools Project Wizard could simply perform this step behind the scenes using default settings on the Wizard pages.

Comment 2 Tomas David 2016-03-04 13:31:37 UTC
Verified with JBDS 9.1.0.Beta2 and Drools plugin 6.4.0.201601201107.
