Karthick, As we discussed, the agent is not involved with errata applicability. It does report a list of enabled repositories on the content host which, based on the log, appears to have succeeded. I don't see anything in the log on the content host that suggests any issues with the agent. I would suggest focusing your troubleshooting efforts on the server-side of things. Errata applicability is provided by Pulp. We need to make sure that the package profiles and bindings are up to date and correct in Pulp for each content host (consumer).
We are closing this out. There were lots of CDN issues with missing errata to package mappings. We believe this is what caused the issue you saw. Please have the customer re-check. If this is not resolved after re-ryncing the data from the CDN, please feel free to reopen or contact me.
