Description of problem:
man page of httpd24 collection contains (in 1st section NAME):
"httpd24 - manual page for httpd24 1.1 Software Collection"
which can be confusing in RHSCL-2.0 release.

httpd24-1.1-5.el6
httpd24-1.1-9.el7

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. scl enable httpd24 'man httpd24'

Actual results:
"1.1 Software Collection" (section NAME)

Expected results:
actual version of RHSCL or no version at all
