While editing tags for VMs/Hosts,I noticed that the Auto Approve - Max CPU * company tag lists wrong values.

Steps to Reproduce:
------------------
1.Edit tags for a VM
2.Select the Auto Approve - Max CPU * company tag.
3.Observe that wrong values are listed in the drop down for this tag.


Actual results:
----------------
These values are incorrectly listed in the drop down for the Auto Approve - Max CPU * company tag :Cost Center 001,Cost Center 002.


Expected results:
----------------
Correct values should be listed in the drop down for the 
Auto Approve - Max CPU * company tag.
