Description of problem:

In the newer parted, the new flag 'esp' is added to the 'boot' flag on all
partitions.

Also fixed issue where we returned the trailing commas when a partition had
more than one flag.

Run the unit tests on a system with a recent parted

@David, can you please verify by running the unit tests? Since this is a code change and QA does not run developers' unit tests...

It was verified back when the patch was created, but I'm rerunning again on the branch:
