Description of problem:
rhts-lint which is part of rhts-devel should ignore unknown fields in testinfo.desc.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add RepoRequires: field to testinfo.desc
2. make bkradd

Actual results:
fails to submit task to scheduler

Expected results:
should ignore unknown field

Additional info:
The reason this is a problem is we are in a transition between tests being registered to a scheduler and running directly from git.  If the tests are not packaged into rpms we need this additional field to know that another test is required for execution.
