Sorry for the long delay here, I meant to look at this, but didn't get to it. 

Can you please repost links to the src.rpm and spec? 
The link above pointed to a koji scratch build and they go away after a while.

I've since upgraded to EL7 and the newer version of supervisor is in EPEL for EL7. So I'll close this as I no longer care. Thanks for you help!

I'd like to re-open it. I need supervisor 3.x on EL6 so I can easily add applications to some config directory. This feature is there from 3.0.

I don't need it anymore, I found that EL6 contains upstart, which can do the job for me
