Hi Pierre, I've made available Audacity 2.1.0 in Fedora updates-testing. Could you please try to reproduce this bug using that version ? It will be available in a few days in Fedora 21 updates.
No crash so far, but it seems to lock up instead. I'm simply starting it with the default settings, opening a wave file and playing it. The output will be all garbled, and when you press stop the application freezes.
Could you try both versions, but instead of .wav try a previously save .aup or other type ? Also, try generating a tone/chirp and see if that plays back without crash ?
This package has changed ownership in the Fedora Package Database. Reassigning to the new owner of this component.
