Engine: 3.5.3-1.3.el6ev

Setup:
Cluster with 3 Hosts and 200 VM with OS.
Cluster is set to over commit of 200%
Scenarios:
1. Host1  with 200 VM, No VMs on Host2,Host3: 
Set Host1 to maintenance: check that all VMs are moved to 2 hosts in Cluster and 
Host1 switch to maintenance.
2. Host1 is in maintenance, Host2 and Host3 with 100VM each.
Set Host2 to maintenance: check that all VMs moved to Host3 and Host2 switch to maintenance.
Both Scenarios -- PASSED.
