I have some minor tweaks to the spec file so Samba builds properly for RHEL 7. Syntax errors and missing BuildRequires.

New Samba build is provided with all dependency issues resolved for RHEL6 and RHEL7.
samba-4.1.17-7.el7rhgs.x86_64 verified with this build of Samba
