Description of problem: updates-testing needs to be disabled for RC1+
Proposed as a Blocker for 22-final by Fedora user jreznik using the blocker tracking app because: A fedora-release package containing the correct names, information and repository configuration for a final Fedora release must be present on release-blocking images and the appropriately versioned generic-release package must be available in the release repository.
Discussed at the 2015-05-14 blocker review meeting.[1] Voted as AcceptedBlocker - violates "A fedora-release package containing the correct names, information and repository configuration for a final Fedora release must be present on release-blocking images and the appropriately versioned generic-release package must be available in the release repository."
