Im not sure why this was cloned from 3.6 but http://gerrit.ovirt.org/30909 was not backported to ovirt-3.5 so the description is not correct and we don't have the verb to configure multipath with vdsm-tool in this branch. Beside that, I don't recall that multipath.conf was modified between 3.4 to 3.5
