Description of problem:
when user tries to mousehover on the nics widget in the dashboard, the nics list gets truncated or moves out of the screen.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add some hosts to the cluster.
2. Now click on the dashboard tab.
3. mouse hover on the NIC widget in the dashboard

Actual results:
Nics List gets truncated or moves out of the screen.

Expected results:
Nics list should not be truncated or move out of the screen.

oVirt 3.6.0 has been released on November 4th, 2015 and should fix this issue.
If problems still persist, please open a new BZ and reference this one.
