no glance image error

Description of problem:
Openstack cloud provider refresh fails if there are no glance images loaded. 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.4.0.1.20150512111354_4368716

How reproducible:
Every time. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add an Openstack Cloud provider that has no Glance images loaded
2. Run refresh
3.

Actual results:
Last Refresh shows Error - Less Than A Minute Ago; undefined method `id' for nil:NilClass

Expected results:
Refresh runs OK with 0 images.

Additional info:
After adding a Glance image refresh goes OK. Attaching the evm.log.

Verified fixed in version 5.5.0.8

Added the openstack cloud provider with no glance images loaded and test the refresh function. Refresh runs OK with 0 images.
