Description of problem:
Unable to modify snap-max-soft-limit value in volume snapshot cluster options

Always


Steps to Reproduce:

1. Add a cluster with hosts to the ovirt engine.
2. Create a volume and start it.
3. Click Snapshot -> Options - Cluster.
4. Modify the snap-max-soft-limit value.
5. Click Update button.
6. Ensure snap-max-soft-limit value is updated with new value.

Actual results:

snap-max-soft-limit value is not updated with modified value

Expected results:

snap-max-soft-limit value should be updated with new value

moving old bug fixed before ovirt alpha release as fixed in current beta2, 
3.6.0-9.

Tested with RHEV 3.6 Beta3 and RHGS 3.1.2 nightly, by adding RHGS 3.1.2 to 3.5 compatible cluster, which has additional gluster features enabled

I could able to change the snap-max-soft-limit.
