Display flash message if "Add a schedule" in cancelled by the user when creating first schedule

Description of problem: Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 5.4.0.1.20150512111354_4368716 How reproducible: 100% Steps to Reproduce: 1.Navigate to cloud intelligence->Reports->Schedules 2.From configuration->add a new schedule 3.click on cancel Actual results: No flash message displayed when canceling the first schedule creation. Note:if there are existing schedules and you cancel it creating the next one, flash message is displayed. Expected results: Add of new Schedule was cancelled by the user should be displayed when canceling the first schedule creation Additional info:

No flash message displayed when canceling the first schedule creation. version: 5.5.0.7-beta1.3.20151021133253_ed40d96
Works for me. I see the flash message when I cancel the schedule creation for the very first schedule. Please re-verify.
