No 'Import' option for Templates in Template tab.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Template tab admin portal

Actual results:
No option to import Templates, neither from main menu nor from context menu

Expected results:
Option to import Templates

just need to take care of blocking v2v as we dont' support templates.

Which makes sense to support as well - v2v from VMware you templates.

So for a VMWare migration it makes sense to also being able to migrate the templates as well for a smooth and complete experience.

Closing. Please re-open and target to IMS if still desired, as IMS is more applicable to these use cases.
