Description of problem:
There are no event messages in the UI when snapshot is created/deleted from CLI and synced. Event messages should be present in UI when user tries to create and delete snaps from CLI.

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a snapshot from CLI by running the command 'gluster snapshot create <snap_name> <vol_name>
2. Wait for 5 mins for the snapshot to sync.
3.

Actual results:
No event messages are displayed in UI when snapshot gets created or deleted from CLI.

Expected results:
Event messages should be displayed in UI when snapshot gets created or deleted from CLI.

Tested with RHEV 3.6.2.6 and RHGS Nightly ( glusterfs-3.7.5-17.el7rhgs )

When the snapshots are created or deleted from CLI, the events message is logged.

"Found new gluster volume snapshot snap1_GMT-2016.02.01-15.12.00 for volume repvolume on cluster Gluster-cluster-1, and added it to engine DB." was the event message seen while gluster volume snapshot was created from CLI
