Description of problem:
context-sensitive help doesn't work unless helptag is identical to model hashname

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
3.6 master

How reproducible:
not very -- only on the Import Storage Domain dialog

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install help
2. open the Import Storage Domain dialog

Actual results:
no help icon

Expected results:
there should be a help icon, even though this dialog's helptag != its hashname

Additional info:

QE notes: please test several dialogs and make sure context-sensitive help is ok. This is an invasive fix.

Greg - do we have this issue in 3.5 as well / is the solution-patch worth backporting (or needs to be backported) to ovirt-engine-3.5?

Is this to be tested on oVirt 3.6 or RHEVM 3.5.4? If on oVirt then how, when there are no docs.

Indeed, should be tested on RHEV 3.5.4. Changed to a RHEV bug. Sorry about that.

This is no longer worth 3.5.z. The broken help links this was designed to fix in 3.5.z were just removed from z-stream. Closing.
