Description of problem:
Hi,

I'm trying to start konqueror quickly, without clicking away 
file:/usr/share/doc/HTML/index.html
each and every time.

However, I'm missing the configuration option (I looked multiple times).  How can I get rid of the page and make konqueror display a plain and simple empty page at startup?

1. Log into KDE
2. Start Konqueror

Actual Results:  A fedora project page.

Expected Results:  An empty page.

if you want another default page, you should to open a empty page
first and then click Settings->Save View Profile "Webbrowsing"...
