Description of problem: ----------------------- Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): ---------------------- 5.4.0.2 How reproducible: ---------------- Always Steps to Reproduce: ------------------- 1.Navigate to Cloud Intelligence -> Chargeback. 2.From the rates accordion,edit a storage or compute rate. 2.Hit reset to reset the changes. Actual results: --------------- This flash message is displayed twice. 'All changes have been reset' Expected results: ---------------- The flash message should be displayed once.
