Description of problem:

Need downstream ctdb build for rhgs3.1 on RHEL7 with dependencies resolved to continue testing on RHGS3.1

We have ctdb build for rhel6 available with dependent libraries.Need the similar for RHEL7.

All these packages doesn't have rhgs dist-tag.
Need to be rebuild with rhgs dist-tag.
