The Volume tab loads before the dashboard plug-in is loaded. When the dashboard is set as the default tab, the volume sub-tab remains on top of dashboard tab Workaround: Switch to a different tab and the sub-tab is removed

Description of problem:
After log in the dashboard tab is opened, however also part of volumes tab is opened too.

Actual results:
Dashboard tab is opened with volumes tab sub menu.

Expected results:
No volumes tab sub menu.

After some more investigation the prerequisite for reproducing this bug is that some volume already exists and on GUI it was clicked on the volume line before log out. Next log in the issue can be reproduced as described.

Does this issue appear whenever you have volumes and you login or is it dependent on user action prior to logging out?

I can see it every time I log in. No special user action is required.
