OK button is seen twice in Snapshot - Delete and Delete All dialog box

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a volume.
2. Create a snapshot for that volume.
3. Delete the snapshot using Delete or Delete All Tab

Actual results:
Ok button is seen twice in delete and Delete All dialog box

Expected results:
There should be only one OK button

Verified and works fine with build rhsc-3.1.0-0.60.el6.noarch.

OK button is seen only once in Delete and Delete All dialog boxes.
