Description of problem:
VPN connections fail to start on F22 when using a pre-shared (static) key instead of TLS.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
NetworkManager-openvpn-1.0.2-1.fc22.x86_64


How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Connect VPN connection using static key using NetworkManager
2.
3.

Actual results:

Connection fails with this error in journal:

May 26 14:32:28 roblaptop nm-openvpn[3358]: Options error: Parameter renegotiate_seconds can only be specified in TLS-mode, i.e. where --tls-server or --tls-client is also specified.

Expected results:
VPN connects successfully

This worked in F21

NetworkManager-openvpn-1.0.2-2.fc22 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 22.

Confirmed that update fixes the problem.
