Check the primary navigation bar. Actual results: [ja_JP] Unlocalized primary navigation bar name: Cloud Intelligence, Automate, Optimize, Configure. Expected results: They should be localized. The items are still not translated in 5.5.0.1 alpha.
Verified that the mentioned first level menu items are translated in 5.5.0.10. However the Insights plugin menu items are not translated, only one subitem, but I cannot say if it is localized or not. I was looking in the source code and it appears the menu item is defined in YAML. Will reach to someone to find out.
