Description of problem: [ja_JP] Unlocalized sub-tabs name of Configure -> My Settings: Visual, Default Views, Default Filters, Time Profiles. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 5.4.0.2.20150519003830_673f996 How reproducible: 100% Steps to Reproduce: 1. Login CFME with ja locale. 2. Click Configure -> My Settings Actual results: [ja_JP] Unlocalized sub-tabs name of Configure -> My Settings: Visual, Default Views, Default Filters, Time Profiles. Expected results: They should be localized. Additional info: Please see the attached screen-shot.

This was not l18n yet as this text is part of the controllers and we only worked on views. However it's pretty trivial so I made a PR here: https://github.com/ManageIQ/manageiq/pull/3046

The tabs are not localized in 5.5.0.1 alpha.
