Description of problem:
Alignment is not proper in Add bricks and remove brick dialog boxes. Attaching the screen shot for the same.

Another place is while user tries to stop rebalance from the UI even after it is stopped from CLI.

rhsc-3.1.0-0.57.master.el6.noarch

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. click on Add Brick button.
2. click on remove brick button.
3. Try stopping rebalance on a volume even after it is stopped from CLI.

Actual results:
Alignment is not proper. See the attached screenshots.

Expected results:
Alignment should be proper.
